Ideal location close to nice restaurants. They provided a queen room with extra living space. Good amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Well-appointed good-sized rooms, they are provided with an extra living space, 2 dbl beds, good amenities. Welcoming personnel is from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff to the breakfast crew.

Staff was a bit disinterested in the guests but given I was there during Christmas week they probably wanted to be somewhere else. Major weaknesses were no fridge or microwave in room, and the hot breakfast items were limited to scrambled eggs and limp sausage patties every day. Did get them to bring me a fridge.

When I called down to the desk they upgraded my room for a small fee. The upgraded room was much more spacious and accommodating. Staff was not very warm but they were professional.

I was traveling with 2 sons, asked for a roll out (all adults) and there was not enough space in the room for a roll out. Front desk staff was not very accommodating at that point and did not make me aware there was a possibility for a different room. The beds are full size not queen. I should have realized and do not really fault the hotel advertising but the standard rooms are unusually small.

My stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Osu was very good. I greatly enjoyed the room with a microwave. My bed was great. The hotel's location was unbeatable. It's so close to Nationwide Arena and the Ohio Stadium.
